I enclosed a list of wants and needs (which were long) She showed me condos in the areas that I requested and took my list with my budget into consideration. She took the time and effort with me. When I didn’t see what I wanted, she suggested to expand my area of search. And as a result I found exactly what I had envisioned withIn my price range. As a single older women I feel safe in the chosen Area close to downtown Calgary. We saw 19 condos.... she really did know what I was looking for better than I did. She had some restrictions as I had animals and some condos are pet free so off limits for me. I would definitely recommend Sandi as a realtor!
